Organizational Change Manager
Position Details:

💡 About the Role
As an Organizational Change Manager you will:

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.

Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations.

Lead the creation of communication plans and materials to engage and inform stakeholders at all levels.

Design and implement training programs and resources to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to embrace change.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed change into project delivery and business processes.

Monitor adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying risks and proactively addressing challenges.

Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to drive change adoption within their teams.

💡 What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Certification: PROSCI Change Management Certification is required.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in change management or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives.

Skills: Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Attributes: A proactive mindset, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for driving positive organizational outcomes.
