Transition HR Consulting is looking for a skilled Organizational Change Manager to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise, work on impactful projects, and help businesses successfully navigate transformation.

 

💡 About the Role

As an Organizational Change Manager you will:

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.

• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations.

• Lead the creation of communication plans and materials to engage and inform stakeholders at all levels.

• Design and implement training programs and resources to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to embrace change.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed change into project delivery and business processes.

• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying risks and proactively addressing challenges.

• Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to drive change adoption within their teams.

💡 What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Certification: PROSCI Change Management Certification is required.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in change management or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives.

• Skills: Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Attributes: A proactive mindset, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for driving positive organizational outcomes.
