💡 About the Role

As a Junior Change Manager, you will:

• Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior change managers and project teams to analyze stakeholder needs and identify potential impacts of change.

• Support communication efforts, including drafting emails, presentations, and other materials to engage stakeholders and build awareness.

• Participate in stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, interviews, and surveys.

• Contribute to training plans, support materials, and change readiness assessments.

• Monitor and report on change adoption progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions as needed.

 

💡 What We’re Looking For

 

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Certification: PROSCI Change Management Certification is required.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in change management or a related field.

• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Attributes: A willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
