Digital Business Transformation Consultant

We are looking for a Digital Business Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale public sector transformation project based in Edmonton, Alberta.

If you’ve helped lead digital transformation, organizational change, or agile service delivery in government or large organizations, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work closely with executives and project teams to shape strategies, improve service delivery, and support change across the organization.

This is a 12-month contract starting May 2025.

 

Scope of Responsibilities

✏️ Supporting large-scale digital and organizational transformation
✏️ Advising on service design, agile delivery, and modern product development
✏️ Helping develop capability frameworks, workforce plans, and change strategies
✏️ Supporting leadership with executive-level advice and decision-making

 

Key Qualifications

✅ 5+ years leading digital transformation in large or complex organizations
✅ Experience with public sector digital offices like:

• UK Government Digital Service, Canadian Digital Service, Ontario Digital Service, 18F, US Digital Service, or similar
  ✅ Experience supporting organizational design and transformation at scale
  ✅ Proven ability to advise senior leaders on workforce, structure, and change
  ✅ Experience in government-wide digital or service transformation strategies is a bonus

Working Hours

⏰ Monday through Friday, 08:15 – 16:30 (Alberta time), excluding provincial holidays.
